Job summary

Watsco is seeking a Driver to support HVAC distribution in a fast-paced environment. You will load, deliver, and transport HVAC freight within a defined region and ensure timely service to customers.

You will collect signed invoices, assist in warehouse tasks, and maintain truck checklists daily while adhering to safety and PPE requirements. Strong communication and DOT readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable driving experience with a 22’ box truck or stake bed.
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year.
• No more than one preventable accident in any two-year period.
• No licenses, suspensions or DUI convictions in the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass DOT physical examination requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
