Job summary

AdviniaCare Naples is seeking a reliable Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, Life Enrichment activities and outings. This full-time role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain clean vehicles, ensure passengers are buckled, complete routine vehicle maintenance, and keep accurate mileage and fuel records while adhering to safety protocols. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass DOT physical and obtain CDL.
• Safe driving record and ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work varying shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, Life Enrichment activities, and other outings.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Ensure all passengers are buckled in during transport.
• Complete routine maintenance and upkeep tasks on vehicles.
• Keep accurate mileage, fuel purchases, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Report accidents and incidents to proper authorities when necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and stay alert while on duty.

Job Summary

As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from appointments, shopping excursions, Life Enrichment activities, and other outings. This is a full-time position that requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, shopping excursions, Life Enrichment activities, and other outings

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, including the interior and exterior

• Ensure all passengers are safely buckled in their seats while transporting

• Complete routine maintenance and upkeep tasks on vehicles as assigned

• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel purchases, and vehicle maintenance

• Report accidents and incidents to proper authorities when necessary

• Understand and adhere to protocol for reporting accidents and incidents to proper authorities

• Maintain a safe and alert manner while working

• Ensure all passengers are safely transported in accordance with safety regulations and protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL)

• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to take ownership for associate's safety and the safety of the residents
