Job summary

Carroll Construction Supply in Naperville, IL seeks a CDL Driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and other Carroll stores. When not on the road, you will assist with warehouse duties as needed, contributing to load accuracy and on-time deliveries.

Our drivers enjoy year-round employment with extensive benefits and the ability to be home each night and weekend, in a family-friendly, employee-owned company serving 35 locations across 14 states.

Qualifications

CDL license class A or B required.
Clean driving record.
Pre-employment drug and physical testing required.
Team-oriented and willing to help around warehouse.
Experience in building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

Haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and Carroll stores.
Assist with warehouse duties when not on the road.
Ensure load accuracy and on-time deliveries.

Job description

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a CDL driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and to our other Carroll stores. Our drivers play a significant role in our day-to-day operations, working closely with others to ensure load accuracy and that products are delivered correctly and on time. When our drivers aren't on the road, they are still contributing by assisting with other duties as needed around the warehouse. With the variety of tasks they are offered, our drivers are assured year-round employment along with year-round benefits.Our drivers also enjoy their families as they are able to be home every night and weekend. Carroll is known as a fair, honest & team-oriented company and has recently become an employee-owned company that has grown to over 35 locations spread across 14 states. Additional Requirements to be Considered:

Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial
Flatbed Experience is helpful
Class A or B CDL
Clean Driving Record
