Job summary

Metz Culinary Management in Moorestown, NJ seeks a Receiver/Driver to pick up and drop off food, supplies, bank deposits, and paperwork within the district. You will use your personal vehicle and follow vendor delivery days/times as scheduled by the Food Service Director.

The role may include helping prepare foods, storing deliveries, and sweeping and serving as needed. The position runs during the school year (10 months) with summers off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass fingerprint and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and car registration.
• This position requires the employee to use their personal vehicle.

• Pick up and drop off all necessary food, supplies, bank deposits, and paperwork within the district.
• Schedule days and hours determined by the Food Service Director according to vendor delivery days/times.
• May assist with food preparation, put away deliveries, and sweep and serve food if needed.

Description

On a day-to-day basis, the driver will pick up and drop off all necessary food, supplies, bank deposits, and paperwork within the district. The scheduled days and hours can be determined by the FSD according to vendor delivery days/times.

The position may also call upon the employee to help prepare foods, put away deliveries, and sweep and serve food if needed.

This position is a 10-month position, following the district calendar, and has the summer months off.
