Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Indiana is seeking a Driver to transport patients to and from treatment facilities. You will interact with patients and staff professionally while maintaining a clean driving record in a team-focused environment.

The role includes daily coordination with Admissions, taking patients, paperwork, and belongings in 15-passenger vans, plus vehicle maintenance, logs, and compliance with company policies. A HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/ GED or verifiable work experience in lieu of education.
• Prior patient transport and customer service experience in a titled position as Driver.
• Drivers License

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Admissions Manager on transportation issues or concerns.
• Transport patients, paperwork, and belongings during admissions, dismissals, and transfers to and from facilities in 15-passenger vans.
• Transport clients to meetings, other facilities and appointments as needed.
• Perform maintenance of vehicles and keep transportation logs updated.
• Complete transportation logs and transport payment forms with client approval/signature.

As a Driver, you will be primarily responsible for transporting patients to and from treatment. You must be able to interact with patients and staff in a professional manner and maintain good driving record.

Requirements:

• Prior patient transport and customer service experience in a titled position as Driver
• HS diploma/ GED or verifiable work experience in lieu of education
• Valid driver's license and in good standing

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with Admissions Manager on any transportation issues or concerns.
• Transport patients, paperwork, and patient belongings during admissions, dismissals, and transfers to and from each facility in our 15-passenger vans.
• Transport clients to meetings, other facilities and appointments whenever necessary.
• Pick upnew clients.
• Responsible for pick-up and delivery of all interoffice mail at all locations.
• Performs maintenance of all vehicles (oil changes, tire pressure, inspections, etc.)
• Completes transportation log on a daily basis and maintenance logs when necessary.
• Responsible for the verification/completion of Transport Payment Form (client approval/signature)
• 18 days PTO
