Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport patients to and from treatment facilities. You will interact with patients and staff professionally and maintain a clean driving record while adhering to company policies.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary with full benefits, 18 days PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for ongoing training and certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or verifiable work experience
• Prior patient transport and customer service experience in a titled position as Driver
• Valid driver's license and in good standing

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Admissions Manager on transportation issues.
• Transport patients, paperwork, and belongings during admissions, dismissals, and transfers to and from each facility in 15-passenger vans.
• Transport clients to meetings, other facilities and appointments.
• Pick up new clients.
• Responsible for pick-up and delivery of all interoffice mail at all locations.
• Performs maintenance of all vehicles (oil changes, tire pressure, inspections, etc.)
• Completes transportation log daily and maintenance logs when necessary.
• Responsible for the verification/completion of Transport Payment Form (client approval/signature)
