The role requires a clean driving record, DOT medical certification, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with appropriate endorsements.
• Current DOT medical certification.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company/insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle safety requirements.
• Experience operating medium- to heavy-duty trucks preferred.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks between dealership locations, customer facilities and other designated locations.
• Pick up and deliver trucks to customers, vendors and dealership locations.
• Transport vehicles for service, repairs, inspections and other business needs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, mileage, inspections, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts and other departments to ensure timely transport.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and dealership personnel.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other dealership-related duties as assigned.
