The role supports community care across campuses and home health/hospice settings, with evenings, weekends, and some nights possible. Valid OH license and insurable driving record required; prior healthcare driving is a plus.

Our drivers operate community-owned vehicles to provide authorized transportation for residents and partners. This position exists in order to enhance the lives and nurture the growth of older persons by providing high-quality service in a cheerful, timely manner and by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to attain goals. This is a PRN (work as needed) position, and the days and hours will vary. It is a great job for retirees and those looking for some extra spending money!
Currently looking for someone who is interested in a PRN position, the ideal candidate would be in about a 20-minute drive of the Granville campus. The hours vary and can generally offer 10 - 20 hours/week, with occasional evening/night and weekend trips. The greatest need is for Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Prefer related driving experience. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Skills: Ability to do pre-trip inspection of vehicle; ability to communicate courteously and effectively with residents and other partners required; ability to find locations using standard and/or electronic road maps as well as written and verbal directions
