Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a dependable Driver in Geneva, Illinois to safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events while delivering engaging, positive experiences.

Enjoy a flexible part-time schedule (Wed–Fri starting at 8 AM, some weekends) with competitive pay and a mission-driven culture. A High school diploma and CDL with passenger endorsement are required, plus a clean driving record and preference for experience with seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of traffic safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive residents to scheduled destinations and return on time.
• Track pick-ups and drop-offs for smooth coordination.
• Build friendly, trusted relationships with residents during each trip.
• Keep vehicles clean and well maintained.
• Report maintenance needs, including oil changes, fluid checks, and battery care.

Part-time, working Wednesday - Friday starting at 8 AM, with some weekends.

What You'll Do

• Safely drive residents to scheduled destinations and return them on time
• Track pick-ups and drop-offs for smooth coordination
• Build friendly, trusted relationships with residents during each trip

• Report maintenance needs, including oil changes, fluid checks, and battery care

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement
• One year of experience driving seniors (preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of traffic safety and accident prevention rules
• A compassionate, customer-focused approach
