Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a dependable Driver at GreenFields of Geneva to transport residents to appointments, outings, and events, creating positive, engaging experiences along the way. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule Wednesday to Friday starting at 8 AM, with some weekends.

You will drive safely, maintain vehicles, and build friendly relationships with residents. A High school diploma, Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement, and a clean driving record are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement.
• One year of experience driving seniors (preferred).
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of traffic safety and accident prevention rules.
• A compassionate, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive residents to scheduled destinations and return them on time.
• Track pick-ups and drop-offs for smooth coordination.
• Build friendly, trusted relationships with residents during each trip.
• Keep vehicles clean and well maintained.
• Report maintenance needs, including oil changes, fluid checks, and battery care.
