Lifespace Communities is hiring a dependable Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events — all while creating positive, engaging experiences along the way. Enjoy a flexible schedule based on resident needs, ideal for someone who values both purpose and balance.

In this role you will ensure on-time pickups, keep vehicles clean, report maintenance needs, and provide a warm, safe travel experience that helps residents stay active and connected with Lifespace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement.
• One year of experience driving seniors (preferred).
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of traffic safety and accident prevention rules.
• A compassionate, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive residents to scheduled destinations and return them on time.
• Track pick-ups and drop-offs for smooth coordination.
• Build friendly, trusted relationships with residents during each trip.
• Keep vehicles clean and well maintained.
• Report maintenance needs, including oil changes, fluid checks, and battery care.

Community: GreenFields of Geneva Address: 0N801 Friendship Way Geneva, Illinois 60134 Pay Range $17.13-$23.52+ Hourly Part-time, working Wednesday - Friday starting at 8 AM, with some weekends.
