Job summary

Turtle is seeking a Driver to operate a company vehicle within the assigned geographic area and to ensure safety of self and others on the road. This role includes loading and unloading cargo, local deliveries, and ensuring proper receipt and safety of goods through the warehouse.

The position requires a valid CDL (Class A preferred), a DOT Medical Card, and at least two years of professional driving experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license required (Class A preferred).
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo.
• Execute local deliveries and obtain authorization signatures.
• Ensure receipt, coordination, and safety of goods through the warehouse.
• Ensure products are stocked correctly and safely.
• Maintain all equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Operate equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and cycle counts; perform aisle assessments.

About the Role

The Driver will be responsible for driving a company vehicle throughout the assigned geographic area and ensure safety of self and others while driving.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload cargo
• Execute local deliveries and obtain authorization signatures.
• Ensure the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse.
• Ensure products are stocked correctly and safely.
• Maintain all equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, while complying with OSHA and company standards.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and cycle counts. Ensure proper stock rotation. Perform aisle assessments and assignments.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL Class A or B license required. Class A preferred.
• DOT Medical Card required
• Fork‑lifter certified a plus
• Minimum 2 Years of professional driving experience
• Ability to climb and lift a minimum 25lbs
