Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking a Field Project Fulfillment Coordinator (CDL) to support major customer projects through delivery, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and field service. This 2-year field assignment involves travel to customer sites, with housing allowance or company-provided housing and a home travel stipend.

You will deliver materials, replenish VMI inventory, maintain records, and coordinate with customer contacts to ensure materials are available as needed.

Competenze

• Valid Class B CDL or higher required.
• Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet company, insurance, DOT, and customer requirements.
• Ability to use mobile devices, scanners, GPS, electronic logs, and ERP/VMI systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with management, sales, and field teams.
• Forklift, Moffett, telehandler, or pallet-jack experience is a plus.
• Experience around construction, industrial, energy, mining, semiconductor, or data-center sites is preferred.
• OSHA 30 required within 90 days; company sponsored.

CDL Delivery + Customer VMI | 2-Year Field Assignment | Housing Allowance | Per Diem

Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking a Project Fulfillment Coordinator (CDL) to support major customer projects through commercial delivery, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and field service.

This is a hands-on position responsible for safely delivering materials, replenishing customer VMI inventory, maintaining accurate records, and working directly with customer contacts to ensure materials are available when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver materials to customer locations and jobsites.
• Complete vehicle inspections, load securement, delivery documentation, and proof of delivery.

What You Bring

Field Assignment & Compensation

This is an approximately 2-year field assignment with recurring customer-site travel. The assignment may extend beyond two years and may provide opportunities to move to another project or transition into a permanent Copper State branch, operations, or related role.

This position involves regular driving and customer-site work in varying weather conditions and active construction or industrial environments. The role requires frequent entering and exiting of the vehicle, walking on uneven surfaces, material handling, load securement, and use of delivery/material-handling equipment.
