CDL DRIVER/OPERATOR | ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely drive and operate a variety of commercial motor vehicles for scheduled or emergency response projects
- Assist with hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, spill response, tank cleaning, and industrial cleaning projects.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces and tight quarters.
- Must be able to climb ladders, and work from stationary platforms at elevated heights.
- Be able to wear protective clothing and equipment such as respirators, safety glasses, approved steel-toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection.
- Work in a safe and healthy manner in accordance with established safety and OSHA requirements
- Care for and perform light maintenance of tools and equipment to maintain their proper operation
CDL DRIVER/OPERATOR | POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS:
- Full-time position
- Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend and holidays required. Home Most Evenings and weekends!
- Travels occasionally
CDL DRIVER/OPERATOR | EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Class A or B CDL with ability to obtain tanker endorsement - required
- Three (3) years of heavy equipment operation, general labor or construction experience - preferred
CDL DRIVER/OPERATOR | WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Exposure to harsh conditions such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures for periods of time is possible.
- Employeeisregularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds.
