Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a driver to support its Appliance Recycling program in the Denver, CO area. You will operate a 26‑ft box truck to service multiple customer locations daily, working with a team to remove large appliances while prioritizing safety and customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, 21+ years of age, and flexibility for extended days or occasional overnight travel, with DOT medical card assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to multiple customer locations daily.
• Work as part of a team to remove large appliances from customers homes using dollies, team lifts or other safe methods.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including extended days and occasional overnight travel (up to once per month).
• Perform physical job tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, bending and crouching.
• Work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual... To join our team as a Driver to support our Appliance Recycling program. In this role, you will operate a 26‑ft box truck to service multiple customer locations each day, working closely with a team to safely remove large appliances. The ideal candidate is physically capable, customer‑oriented, and flexible with scheduling, including occasional extended days and overnight travel. This position requires working in a variety of environments and weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.

Successful candidates will reside in the Denver, CO area.

Target Compensation

$26/ hour

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$19.55 - $27.25 Currency

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
