Russell Tobin is hiring Safety Drivers in Dallas, TX to support testing and development of autonomous vehicles on real roads. You will alternate between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode, monitor conditions, and collect performance data.

We offer full-time positions with multiple shifts, training, and exposure to cutting-edge AV technology. This role provides hands-on experience in an innovative industry and a path toward advanced mobility careers.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Strong driving skills with good situational awareness.
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable driving in varying weather and road conditions.
• Reliable, professional and dependable.
• Comfortable using technology and following detailed procedures.

Responsibilities
