CLEAResult is seeking a driver in the Bondurant/Des Moines area to operate a 26‑ft box truck for the Appliance Recycling program. You will regularly visit homes, verify eligibility, safely load and transport appliances, and coordinate with teammates to ensure efficient pickups.

A strong focus on safety and customer service is required. Applicants should be physically capable, 21+ with a valid license, able to pass a background check and drug screen, and willing to learn.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Driver to support our Appliance Recycling program. In this role, you will operate a 26‑ft box truck to service multiple customer locations each day, working closely with a team to safely remove large appliances from residential homes. The ideal candidate is physically capable, customer‑oriented, and flexible with scheduling, including occasional extended days. This position requires working in a variety of environments and weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service. You’re a great fit if you can:

• Safely operate a company‑provided box truck to pick up residential refrigerators and freezers scheduled for recycling.
• Visit customer homes daily, verify appliance eligibility, and ensure program requirements are met.
• Safely load, secure, and transport appliances using dollies, straps, and proper lifting techniques.
• Maneuver and move appliances weighing approximately 150–250 lbs using team‑lifting methods.
• Transport collected appliances to a warehouse or recycling facility.
• Interact professionally with customers, providing courteous service and clear communication.
• Follow safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies at all times.
• Contribute to environmental sustainability by ensuring appliances are responsibly removed and recycled.

Exciting candidates will have:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable performing physical work, including heavy lifting and repetitive movement.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Targeted Compensation Range

$24/h + $1,000 sign‑on bonus

This is a safety‑sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost‑offer, pre‑employment‑drug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver’s license,andindividuals provided a conditional offer of employment mustsuccessfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Compensation Range

$17.75 - $25.05 Currency USD Type HourlyAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre‑employment checks.
