Job summary

Trulite is seeking a professional CDL Driver (Class A or B) to safely transport materials to customer sites with a Monday–Friday schedule and home on weekends. This role is customer-facing, requiring a friendly demeanor and strong service delivery, with touch freight and forklift unloading responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and clean driving record (Class B required or Class A with clean record).
• At least 1 year operating a CMV; DOT Physical and drug testing required.
• Moffett forklift experience preferred.
• Crane truck experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and assist unloading at times.

Responsibilities

• Operate the CMV safely in all weather and traffic conditions in compliance with FMCSA and laws.
• Secure cargo and ensure loads are never left unattended.
• Perform FMCSA pre-/post-trip inspections and document vehicle condition daily.
• Verify shipping documentation is accurate for every delivery.
• Operate a Moffett Forklift to unload racks of glass.
• Keep Dispatch updated on delays or equipment issues; report accidents or damage.
• Maintain a timely, professional schedule while representing the company to customers.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Trulite is growing at a tremendous rate, and we are looking for a professional Class A or B CDL Driverwithout any intrastate-only restrictions to grow with us. Operating a commercial vehicle, you will safely transport materials to specified destinations on a dependable, assigned schedule.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operate the CMV safely in all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions in full compliance with FMCSA, local, and state laws.
• Follow all Trulite Glass safety procedures, including securing cargo and ensuring loads are never left unattended.
• Perform required FMCSA pre-/post-trip inspections and submit written vehicle condition reports daily.
• Verify that all necessary shipping documentation is accurate and present for every delivery.
• Operate aMoffett Forkliftto unload specialized racks of glass.
• Keep Dispatch updated on delays or equipment issues, and immediately report any accidents or cargo damage.
• Maintain a timely schedule while professionally representing the company to customers.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record orat least 21 years of age and possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year operating a CMV (unless hired through an approved CDL school with additional training as recommended by the Director of Transportation).
• Must pass a DOT Physical and Drug testing.
• Moffett experience (highly preferred).
• Crane Truck Experience (highly preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs (may assist with unloading at customer site. Drivers do NOT load trucks).
