Job summary

American Training is seeking a part-time Driver to safely transport Residents and Guests to and from our sites in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes a WOW!

Magic experience during each trip and requires a morning and afternoon split shift (7:00–9:00, 14:30–17:00) with potential additional hours. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 40–60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 40 to 60 lbs.
• Must pass CORI check and fingerprinting.
• Must pass a physical examination and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Transport Residents and Guests to and from American Training sites.
• Ensure trips are conducted safely and with a WOW! Magic experience.
• Work a part-time schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00–9:00 and 14:30–17:00; additional hours when available.
• Demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and crisis de-escalation as needed.
