Job summary

Sagora Senior Living's Asher Point of Amarillo is seeking a part-time driver to transport residents to appointments, events, and day trips, while keeping safety and resident comfort a priority.

You will operate and maintain the community vehicle, coordinate with staff, and uphold Sagora's values of commitment and teamwork. The role requires reliable, clear communication with residents and families, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience as a chauffeur or operating a commercial vehicle designed to transport 15 or more passengers.
• Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license and CDL where necessary.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services to residents, ensuring timely arrival to scheduled appointments
• Operate and maintain the community vehicle in a safe and clean manner
• Drive the community vehicle on resident day trips and outings
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management
