Job summary

Romano Law PLLC seeks a mid-level associate attorney in corporate or employment law. You have 4–6 years of full-time experience and are licensed to practice in California (New York license a plus). You thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Report to the Head of the Corporate or Employment Department.
Work from our Los Angeles or San Francisco office.
Draft, review, and revise demand letters, complaints, and motion papers in employment-related disputes.
Assist with discovery requests and depositions in employment disputes.
Draft and update contracts, handbooks and other employment-related agreements.
Lead by example and contribute to client development and firm growth.
