Job summary

You will collaborate with store management to coach employees, monitor productivity, and drive continuous process improvements in order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service and resolve shopper issues on a daily basis.
• Support store management with coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Monitor productivity, stock levels, and order speed to customer cars.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and accurate reporting.
