Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II in New Bremen, OH, focused on drive unit assembly. You will own process implementation, support remanufacturing activities, and drive cost-effective improvements across the plant.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, Lean Six Sigma project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety, quality, and delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with 16+ years of related experience.
• Must have valid driving privileges.
• Occasional travel (0-5%).
• Occasional overnight stays (0-5%).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process responsibility for drive unit assembly and remanufacturing programs.
• Lead new product/process introductions and provide plant support for automation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and optimize assembly operations.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Oversee implementation of new processes including equipment selection and startup.
• Support cost estimation, process development, and prototype manufacturing.
