Qualifications

• Starbucks barista experience required.
• Certification as a Starbucks barista trainer required.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in store operations during shifts.
• Delegate tasks to partners to maintain the Starbucks Experience.
• Coach, train and develop team members; manage daily ordering and inventory.
• Adhere to SOPs and policies; ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to issues promptly and act as MOD when GM is absent.
