Qualifications

• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Follow store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach staff to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Lead shifts to ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Delegate tasks to team and supervise two or more employees.
• Maintain store safety and policy compliance.
