Job summary

Steak 'n Shake Kannapolis is seeking a drive-thru operator to efficiently serve guests at the drive-thru and collect payment prior to serving meals. You will follow the 7 steps to drive-thru while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and company policies.

This role requires good vision, hearing, and the ability to work shifts. Responsibilities include ensuring fast, friendly service, handling cash accurately, and assisting with opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to use computer register.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Able to count change and handle money accurately.
• Good verbal skills and menu knowledge.
• Able to work shift work and maintain composure under stress.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service drive-thru guests within 3 minutes or less.
• Maintain cleanliness, restocking, sanitation and uniform standards.
• Adhere to cash handling and company policies.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
