Job summary

Harri is seeking a friendly drive-thru operator to greet guests, take orders, and process payments quickly. You will sell to and service drive-thru guests within 3 minutes per order, while maintaining cleanliness, proper uniform, and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires good vision and hearing, basic math, and the ability to work shift schedules. You will use the cash register, handle guest questions and complaints, and work well with others to deliver a positive guest

Responsibilities

• Sell to and service drive-thru guests within 3 minutes per order.
• Administer the 7 steps to Drive-thru while maintaining guest satisfaction and policy compliance.
• Restock, clean, sanitation, uniform, safety, and security responsibilities.
• Any and all other tasks as assigned.
