Job summary

This non-exempt, retail role reports to the Retail Store Manager and requires 1+ year of customer service, familiarity with Arizona cannabis products, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card per AZ regulations.
• 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of medical cannabis and its consumption methods.
• Familiarity with Arizona cannabis products and transaction limits.
• Understanding of state cannabis regulations and dispensary compliance protocols.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic software programs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill drive-thru orders and online pickups.
• Handle drive-thru go backs.
• Greet and check in customers; verify status.
• Provide cannabis education and guidance to consumers.
• Assist customers in selecting products efficiently and compliantly.
• Process orders and payments with POS software with a high level of accuracy.
• Operate, maintain, and close the cash register, including reconciliation and deposits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment for customers and coworkers.
• Support other departments as needed (administration, packaging).
• Support daily operational needs, including restocking and compliance efforts.
