Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card per AZ regulations.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical cannabis and its consumption methods.
• Able to operate POS systems with accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill drive-thru orders and online pick-ups accurately.
• Greet customers, verify status, and process payments via POS.
• Provide cannabis education and product guidance.
• Support restocking, administration, and packaging as needed.
