Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Transfer Driver to safely transport medical cannabis products, supplies, and deposits between Mint Cannabis facilities in Arizona. You will ensure accurate manifests and documentation, drive company vehicles following ADOT rules, and coordinate with wholesale partners for timely deliveries.

The role requires a clean driving record, possible cannabis transport experience, and a 21+ age minimum with a valid Arizona license and MVR.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and pass a background check.
• Cannabis transport or delivery experience preferred.

• Lift and move up to 35 pounds; stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Facility Agent Card if required by Arizona regulations.
• Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and maintain a clean MVR for 36 months.

Transfer Driver

Department: Transfer Driver

Position Summary:

The transfer driver is responsible for safely transporting medical cannabis products, supplies, and deposits between Mint Cannabis facilities. This role ensures timely and compliant deliveries while supporting overall logistics and operational efficiency across the Arizona market.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to build, organize, and deliver cannabis products and supplies to Mint Dispensary locations.
• Responsible for ensuring all manifests, transfers, and product documentation are accurate and properly completed.
• Must drive company vehicles safely and follow all ADOT and Arizona cannabis transport regulations.
• Responsible for picking up and delivering deposits and financial materials between locations and finance offices.
• Must coordinate with wholesale partners and complete scheduled pickups for delivery to hub or retail locations.
• Must maintain a clean, organized, and road-ready company vehicle.
• Regularly required to collaborate with warehouse, production, and store teams to meet daily operational needs.
• May be required to assist other departments when necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Qualifications:

• Must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in cannabis transport, delivery driving, or courier services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods (3+ hours).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A safety-first mindset and a collaborative attitude.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent license) if required by Arizona regulations.
• Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and clean MVR Record for 36 months

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No specific certifications required; cannabis transport experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
• Manual dexterity required for handling materials and completing delivery documentation.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a vehicle and across Mint Cannabis retail, warehouse, and administrative locations.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions while driving and delivering.
• May occasionally be required to work in warehouse or retail environments.

Travel Requirements:

• Local travel required between company locations and vendor sites within the state.
• No overnight travel required.
