AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate in Missouri to help customers select vehicles and complete purchases with outstanding service. You’ll use a best-in-class CRM, leverage lender relationships, and work with a national inventory to match buyers with their perfect vehicle.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to help people and exceed expectations.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and build rapport with buyers.
• Present vehicle options and financing choices to customers.
• Follow up with customers to close deals and grow the book of business.
• Meet or exceed automotive sales and customer service targets.
