Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Drive Manager to lead the service drive, schedule daily objectives, and ensure customer and vehicle data is collected accurately. You will supervise service consultants, assist at reception during peak periods, and collaborate with dealership staff to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in an auto repair facility.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.

• Ability to manage service drive objectives and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants.
• Monitor performance and counsel service consultants on behavior or performance.
• Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
• Assist in service reception during peak times to obtain customer and vehicle data.
• Review open repair orders daily and resolve those beyond current week.
