• Earnings & Compensation

  • Weekly Average: Take home an average of $1,280 weekly ($66,560 annual average), with top performers grossing $1,550 weekly ($80,600 top annualized).
  • Pay Breakdown: Band Pay structure based on miles and experience, plus optional 6th-day extra pay opportunities

• The Runs & Freight Specs

  * Operating Area: Dispatches originating from McCook, IL servicing rail ramps within 65 miles, plus regional runs to OH, MI, KY, IA, and WI (up to 500–600 miles round trip). * Freight Details: Mix of live load and drop & hook intermodal containers. * Fleet: Day cab tractors returning to the terminal yard daily.

• Home Time & Work Schedule

  * Home Daily Schedule: 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off (10–12 hour daily shifts). * Note: At least 1 layover per week is required for longer regional intermodal loads.

• Qualifications & Compliance

  * Experience Rule: Minimum of 3 months of commercial driving experience required. * Core Skills & Testing: Personal vehicle for daily yard commuting and clean results from a mandatory pre-employment DOT drug screening. (1 active opening available immediately!)
