Job summary

HDR is seeking an Assistant Drinking Water Project Manager in Austin, Texas. You will lead planning, directing, and monitoring cross-disciplinary drinking water treatment projects, coordinating engineers, environmental specialists, CAD, and GIS professionals to prepare designs, plans, specs, and estimates.

Responsibilities include guiding project development, ensuring schedule adherence, engaging with agencies for compliance, and supporting business development in drinking water treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 5 years related experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of a multidiscipline team throughout project development under supervision.
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance.
• Conduct schematic and design development sessions with all disciplines.
• Develop complete project documents on schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and management for project reviews.
