Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Drink Runner to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience. Duties include refills, pre-bussing, table turns, greeting guests, and taking drink orders while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with opening, mid-day, or closing duties and delivering food and drinks promptly. Prior food and beverage experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and urgency in a fast-paced

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, our Drink Runners support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Drink Runner, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!) Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner while anticipating Guest’s needs Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables to expedite Guest service Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional Guest service Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required Comply with the company uniform standards Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!) Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests Must act with a swift sense of urgency Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)
