Job summary

Nabors is seeking an Operations Supervisor II - Drilling Performance Products (Finance) to oversee the Drilling Performance Products suite within the assigned area. This role ensures delivery of maximum value by engaging customers and coordinating with drilling and remote operations, training groups, and technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field experience.
• 4+ years in drilling operations or directional drilling and drilling performance roles.
• Strong understanding of drilling and directional drilling processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop analysis spreadsheets and reports.
• Proficiency with BI tools and interpretation of EDR data.
• Effective verbal and written communicator.

Responsibilities

• Manage group operations to ensure adequate field coverage for ongoing activity.
• Provide in-depth drilling performance analysis and data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain the Performance Drilling Knowledge Base.
• Create reports documenting product value and future adoption steps.
• Track active jobs and trials across the area.
• Support staffing and resources across geomarkets.
