• Serve as support to Operations Team.
• Engage with in-field personnel for performance reviews on a regular cadence.
• Drive execution of Operations Engineering initiatives with districts/operators.
• Deliver service improvement initiatives and oversee subsequent changes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal SMEs for successful deployments.
• Document processes and trials of new technology in the field.
