Job description

Materials Management professional with expertise in inventory control, warehouse operations, drilling logistics, freight oversight, customs compliance, and ERP-based materials management. Responsible for ensuring accurate material accountability, inventory integrity, and supply chain governance across global offshore drilling and completion campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for JD Edwards Materials Management, ensuring system integrity, process compliance, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management activities supporting offshore drilling and completion campaigns, including receipts, issues, returns, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain visibility, control, and accountability of materials and equipment throughout the full campaign lifecycle.
• Govern material movements across suppliers, warehouses, shore bases, drilling locations, and offshore facilities while ensuring full traceability
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, stock preservation, and critical material readiness for operational activities.
• Provide governance and performance oversight of third-party logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokers, and related service providers.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade, transportation, and company requirements for international material movements.
• Conduct inventory assurance activities including stock counts, warehouse audits, variance investigations, and inventory reporting.
• Lead end-of-well material reconciliation, surplus inventory disposition, asset recovery, and campaign close-out reporting activities.
• Develop KPIs, performance metrics, governance processes, and management reports to support Supply Chain and Operations decision-making.
