Job summary

CTL Infrastructure, a division of CTL Engineering, is seeking an Equipment Operator 3 (Drilling Operator) for infrastructure projects. You will support drilling operations, operate heavy equipment, and assist with site sampling and geotechnical tasks.

The role offers opportunities to train as a Drilling Operator, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to highway, waterline, and other infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Experience with heavy equipment operations is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate a hydraulic crane.
• Excavate, grade, and backfill with heavy equipment.
• Lead or train lower-level operators.
• Assist Driller in positioning drilling rig and handling rods/augers.
• Maintain and clean drilling equipment and tools.
• Set and detonate charges for earth removal.
