Job summary

EOG Resources, Inc. in Midland, Texas seeks a senior Drilling Engineer to lead drilling operations, design complex procedures, and drive technology adoption. The role requires directing operations, writing cost estimates and procedures, and sharing advances across teams.

Candidate must have a BS in Petroleum Engineering and 10+ years in oil and gas, with expertise in horizontal and geopressured wells. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; Compass/TDAS a plus.

Qualifications
