Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Drilling Engineer to join the operations team. The role focuses on planning, executing, and supervising drilling campaigns for oil and gas wells, ensuring safe, efficient, and economical drilling through advanced techniques.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering and at least 5 years of drilling experience, with strong knowledge of drilling tech, tools, and safety systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of drilling engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• Proficiency in drilling technologies, equipment, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design well programs including casing, cementing, and drilling fluids.
• Develop cost estimates and optimize drilling parameters for efficiency.
• Supervise on-site drilling operations with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage drilling equipment and service providers for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot drilling issues and minimize non-productive time.
• Conduct post-drilling analyses and propose improvements.
