Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize safety in all tasks.
2. Ensure production targets are met.
3. Maintain equipment and rig operations.
4. Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience operating surface drill rigs in quarry or mining settings.
2. Proficiency with various surface drill rigs' operation and maintenance.
3. Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, geological formations, and quarry processes.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
6. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
7. Ability to work in diverse weather and perform physically demanding tasks.
8. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
9. Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing.
10. Willingness to travel as required.
