Job summary

Ferrovial seeks a Supervisor: Geotechnical Construction Manager to provide management for the construction crew, materials and equipment, ensuring specifications are followed and work stays on schedule. You will oversee drill operators, monitor safety, and ensure crews meet project plans and blueprints.

Key duties include daily safety analyses, supervising training and work assignments, and coordinating tools, equipment and materials to keep operations efficient on site.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and safety management on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement daily job hazard analyses to ensure safe practices.
• Supervise crew activities and assign tasks efficiently.
• Direct training, development, appraisal and work assignments of crew members.
• Ensure understanding of project plans and blueprints for duties.
• Manage tools, materials and supplies on site.
• Oversee equipment utilization and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to site production issues.
• Accurately report crew hours and time coding on timesheets.
• Support overall operations and efficiency.
