Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Soldier Piles, Auger Cast Piles, CFA piles, Wick Drains, and related techniques, with strong communication and collaborative leadership. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Soldier Piles, Tiebacks, Micropiles, Auger Cast Pile/Drill Shafts, CFA Auger Cast Piles, Wick Drains, Soil/Rock Nail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace by partnering with Safety and Project Management teams.
• Control job progress by managing crews, documenting progress and quality control.
• Support project management with planning and methods for geotechnical activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of geotechnical methods, specs and procedures.
• Oversee field productivity, cost control, and scheduling to meet budgets.
