Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Drill Services Superintendent to lead and govern the district's drilling operations, driving safe, efficient, and compliant execution across DD, RC, and Sonic drilling. The role focuses on contractor management, technical governance, and coordination with geology and site operations to deliver fit-for-purpose results.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in drilling practices across DD, RC, and Sonic drilling.
Experience managing drilling contractors and coordinating multiple programs.
Proven leadership and governance in mining environments, with strong HS&E focus.

Responsibilities

Lead Drill Services teams and contractors to promote safety, accountability, and excellence.
Oversee HS&E performance across all drilling activities to ensure compliance with standards.
Own contractor management, including scope, performance, and continuous improvement.
Provide technical governance to ensure safe, fit-for-purpose drilling execution.
Plan and coordinate district-wide drilling programs and rig movements for efficient delivery.
Support standardized drilling practices and Barrick Global Drilling Standard application.
