Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Measure dimensions using calipers, gauges or micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and deploy operators to maximize productivity while upholding quality.
• Ensure First run inspections and periodic quality checks following a 2-pan or 3-pan system.
• Serve as a point of contact to assist operators with setup, run times, inspection and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment including cleaning, lubrication, checking fluids and belts.
• Train and develop team members in manufacturing disciplines within area of responsibility.
• Execute daily production targets by allocating work and adjusting as needed.
