Job summary

US Equestrian seeks a diligent coordinator to support the Dressage development programs and championship logistics. This role will handle program administration, data entry, communication with athletes, owners, coaches, and staff, and coordination of event planning and travel.

You will work under the Managing Director Dressage, ensuring timely delivery of program targets and maintaining athlete records. Some domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and strong planning/organizational skills.
• Professionalism and initiative; self-starter attitude.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across internal and external groups.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for Emerging Athlete, Young Horse and Development Programs.
• Coordinate FEI North American Youth Championships, including application, selection and logistics.
