Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Dredge and Plant Operator to operate heavy equipment and perform plant maintenance in a hydraulic dredging environment. The role includes routine repairs, welding, and keeping maintenance records to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include inspections, lubrication, troubleshooting, and supporting safety programs. Requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience, and a valid US driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of dredge and plant equipment.
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance.
• Lubricate and service equipment; assist in repairs.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot process interruptions.
• Maintain maintenance records for all equipment.
