Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures and policies.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dredge to extract sand.
• Maintain clean and safe production areas.
• Operate skid steer and loader; assist with plant cleanup.
• Support other production positions during vacations.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and pre-shift checks.
• Assist with belt line maintenance.
• Perform general mine labor tasks.
