Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. seeks an experienced Crane Operator with dredge/clamshell experience for work between Baltimore and Norfolk. The role requires 12-hour shifts and travel to active dredging projects. Must hold NCCCO or CIC with LBC designation (TLL preferred) and have 4–10 years of related experience.

You will operate lattice boom crawlers, read load charts accurately, and maintain safe operations on construction sites, including barges and piers in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• NCCCO or CIC with LBC designation required (TLL designation preferred).
• 4–10 years related experience, commensurate with project scope (bridge/utility).
• Ability to travel between Baltimore and Norfolk and work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate lattice boom crawler cranes on dredge rigs.
• Level crane and rig weight using charts and signals.
• Inspect crane, report defects, and maintain equipment.
• Ensure safe operation within load chart parameters.
